After the disappearance of the Great World Circus, Kaspar and his inseparable elephant Rudi try to keep the magic of the circus alive. Wherever they find a corner, they set up their small ring and announce: “Step right up and see the little great elephant Rudi!” Through mishaps and laughter, they prove that the circus can exist anywhere.
